David Carangie

David Carangie serves as General Manager at Owens & Minor and has extensive experience in supply chain and materials management across various healthcare organizations. Currently a Supply Chain Specialist at UT Southwestern Medical Center-Dallas and Warbird Consulting Partners, LLC, David contributes expertise in materials planning, inventory control, outsourcing, and distribution. Previously, roles included Director of Supply Chain & Materials Management at St. Luke's The Woodlands & Lakeside Hospitals and Director of Materials Management at both Memorial Hermann Hospital-Medical Center and Twelve Oaks Medical Center. David has also worked as a Project Manager at Shipcom Wireless and held positions in contract management at Mayo Clinic. David holds an MBA in Finance from Our Lady of the Lake University and a BA in Business from PennWest California.
