Jane M.

Jane M. is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in resourcing and talent management. Currently serving as the Head of Resourcing and Talent at Warburtons since July 2012, Jane has contributed to the company winning HR Distinction awards for Talent Management in 2015 and HR Team of the Year in 2016. Prior to Warburtons, Jane held the position of Senior Resourcing Manager at Asda, where responsibilities included overseeing head office recruitment and director-level appointments. Jane's career also includes roles as Resourcing and Talent Manager at United Utilities, Operations Manager in Resourcing at Xchanging, National Recruitment Manager at the Environment Agency, and HR Business Development Consultant at TMP Worldwide. Jane holds a BA Hons degree in Business Enterprise with HR Management from the University of Central Lancashire.
