Ada Thatcher-James

Ada Thatcher-James is an accomplished professional in talent management and development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Warby Parker since July 2019. Previous roles at Warby Parker include Senior Manager of Talent Development and Learning and Development Manager. Prior to joining Warby Parker, Ada worked at Paradigm Strategy Inc. as a Senior Consultant and Consultant from July 2017 to June 2019. Ada's experience also encompasses a position as a Research Fellow at Stanford SPARQ and various roles at Stanford University, including roles as a Trained Facilitator, Psych One Teaching Fellow, and Research Assistant in the Stanford Neurodevelopment, Affect, and Psychopathology Laboratory. Ada completed internships in public defense and child welfare, as well as earlier internships focused on anxiety and stress reduction. Education credentials include a Master of Arts in Social Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both obtained from Stanford University.
