Bessie Hartzler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in e-commerce strategy and digital marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director of E-Commerce Strategy & Analytics at Warby Parker since January 2022, Bessie drives the company's e-commerce growth and financial performance through cross-functional collaboration. Prior to Warby Parker, Bessie held several leadership roles at Nike, including Director of North America Nike Direct, where significant revenue growth was achieved in the women's e-commerce segment, and Director of North America Membership, where the NikePlus program was relaunched.
