Kim Nemser

Kimberly Nemser serves as the Chief Merchandising Officer and Head of Product Strategy and Operations at Warby Parker, a role held since 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing Merchandising, Operations, Planning, Allocation, Product Development, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Sourcing. In addition to their role at Warby Parker, Kimberly is a Board Member for Ledge Lounger, SISU Aesthetic Clinic, and Sarah Flint, Inc., and previously served on the Digital Advisory Board for Flight Centre Travel Group. Kimberly has extensive experience in the fashion industry, having held the position of Vice President at J.Crew, and served as a Senior Account Executive for Tod's. Kimberly began a career in finance with roles at The Blackstone Group and UBS Wealth Management after earning a BA in English and French from Dartmouth College.
