Nicolette Petito

Nicolette Petito has extensive experience in product development and quality assurance within the retail sector, currently serving as Vice President of Product Development & Quality at Warby Parker since September 2017, where previous roles included Senior Director of Product Development and Director of Sourcing. Prior to Warby Parker, Nicolette held the position of Director of Product Development at Juliska, overseeing cross-functional teams across various departments and creating a sustainable development calendar. Experience at One Kings Lane included directing product development and sourcing while expanding brand responsibilities to include mirrors and decorative accessories. Earlier in Nicolette's career, roles at Gap Inc./Gap involved managing development and production for international markets and product categories, while experience at EDUN focused on fabric and trim concepts aligned with the company's mission. Nicolette earned a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Apparel Management from Cornell University.
