Paul MacKey

Paul Mackey possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as Vice President of Talent at Warby Parker since March 2011, with a progression through multiple senior roles including Senior Director and Director of Talent Management. Prior to this, Paul gained valuable experience as a Beach Lifeguard in the Borough of Spring Lake Beach Department and as a Marketing Representative Intern at Brand Connections. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Manhattan University and is currently pursuing an altMBA through Seth Godin's Akimbo Workshops.
