Richard Mills

Richard Mills has extensive experience in security and management, currently serving as a Systems Integrations Specialist at Ward Security since April 2022. Prior to this, Richard held various roles at Guarding UK from December 2014 to March 2022, including Support Co-ordinator, Training Advisor, Control Room Supervisor, and Control Room Operator. Richard began their career as an Estate Agent at James Hayward Estate Agents from September 2010 to December 2014. Richard's educational background includes a Diploma in Leadership & Management from Jobwise Training, studies at Hertfordshire Regional College from September 2008 to July 2010, and attendance at Winchmore School from September 2002 to July 2007, alongside additional training at Highfield Training in 2018.
