Lisa Madore

Lisa Madore has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Lisa currently holds the position of Multi Site Director of Human Resources and Safety at Ware-Butler Building Supply, where they oversee HR, employee and leadership development, and HR strategy for multiple locations. Lisa is also a Wellness Consultant at Hugh & Grace and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Unity Ambulance Inc.

Prior to their current roles, Lisa was the CEO of Lisa's F3 Fitness, where they helped others achieve fitness, wellness, and financial stability through nutrition, exercise, and mental health. Lisa also held the position of Human Resources Manager at The Shyft Group SV Division: DuraMag / Magnum and Backyard Farms, where they managed employee and organizational initiatives and served as an employee advocate.

Additionally, Lisa has served on the Boards of Directors for Alfond Youth & Community Center and Maine State Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating their commitment to community involvement and leadership. Before that, they were the Human Resources Director/EEO Officer at Greater Portland Transit District and the President of KVHRA.

Lisa holds multiple certifications, including SHRM-CP and PHR, and has completed an MBA.

Lisa Madore completed their education at Thomas College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources in 2006 and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services in 2012. Prior to attending college, Lisa attended Maine Central Institute from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their education, Lisa also holds certifications, including a SHRM-CP certification obtained in 2015, and a PHR certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute.
