Jonathan Rosenthal

Jonathan Rosenthal has a long and varied work experience. In 2012, they were the Founding Chairman of the Harvard University Graduate Leadership Program. From 2013-2016, they were the Chairman of the Board of Taylored Fulfillment Services, and from 2016-2018 they were the CEO of Harbor Performance Enhancement Center. In 2018, they became Chairman of the Sub-Committee of the U.S. Department of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of USC Marshall Center for Global Supply Chain Management. Jonathan was also an Advisory Committee Member of the Port of Los Angeles Sustainable Freight from 2016-2017, and Co-Founder and Chairman of Warehouse Exchange from 2015-2020. In 2017, they became a Member of the Board of Directors of Structure Tone, and in 2020 they became the Executive Chairman of Gateway Logistics Technology and the CEO of ESP Logistics Technology.

Jonathan Rosenthal's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from California State University, Northridge between 1973 and 1977, a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in International Law and Legal Studies from Uppsala University between 1978 and 1979, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law from Southwestern Law School between 1978 and 1980. Jonathan also holds certifications from the FINRA (Series 7, 2005), Turnaround Management Association (Board of Directors, 2000), California Department of Real Estate (Real Estate Broker Licensee, 1992), New York State Bar Association (New York Bar Association, 1985; Member, 1985), Colorado State Bar Association (Member, 1980), California Department of Real Estate (California Real Estate Broker, 2001), and Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (Series 7, 1994).
