Courtney Ryan-

Courtney Ryan- MS has a extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Courtney started their career at Regency Office and Promotional Products as a Sales Representative, where they were responsible for generating new leads and managing customer base. Courtney then moved on to Grantham University, where they held positions such as Admissions Representative, Admissions Lead Representative, and Admissions Manager. In these roles, they achieved various performance goals and mentored new team members. Courtney then joined SelectQuote Insurance Services as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they managed the recruitment process. Courtney then worked at C2FO as a Director of Talent Acquisition, where they collaborated with leadership, streamlined internal recruiting process, and eliminated the use of external staffing agencies. Currently, they are working at WarehouseQuote as the Director of Sales. In 2023, they will transition into the role of Director of Client Success.

Courtney Ryan-MS obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2007-2008. In 2005-2007, they attended the University of Louisville, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences. Later, in 2014-2015, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Performance Improvement from the University of Arkansas Grantham. In 2019, Courtney Ryan-MS obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
