Callum Bridgmount-John

Callum Bridgmount-John has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, starting with internships and various roles at Sandals Resorts and Home Retail Group PLC. Callum then progressed to positions at City Internships, Mace, Amazon, Sky, Ericsson, A.P. Moller - Maersk, and currently serves as the Global Head of Early Careers at Wargaming. Callum'sroles have included overseeing early careers recruitment, university recruitment, apprenticeship programs, and non-tech student program recruitment.

Callum Bridgmount-John completed their A-levels in German, Economics, and Psychology at Sir Thomas Rich's Grammar School from 2004 to 2011. Callum then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Psychology at the University of Greenwich from 2011 to 2015.
