Leah Serrano

Leah Serrano, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resource Business Partner at Wargaming, where responsibilities include supporting the North American Publishing West team for World of Tanks PC, assisting with employee relations, corporate training, policy creation, and recruitment efforts. Previously, Leah held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Wargaming, managing immigration procedures for over 60 employees in Austin. Leah's experience also includes serving as the Human Resources and Office Manager for Game Circus, where successful initiatives included transitioning to a fully remote office environment, as well as serving as Office Manager at Bottle Rocket, where effective office management supported growth from 120 to over 200 employees. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Historical Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas.
