Michael Lobiondo

Michael LoBiondo has a diverse work experience in various senior roles in the music and finance industries. Michael is currently the Head of Business Development at Warner Chappell Music since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director at mtheory LLC from January 2017 to March 2021. Michael held several senior roles at Warner Bros. Records, including Senior Director of Business Development & Digital Strategy from April 2016 to December 2016, and Senior Director of the Office of the CEO from November 2014 to March 2016. Before joining Warner Bros. Records, they worked as a Senior Director in the Office of the CEO at Warner Music Group from March 2012 to October 2014. Michael also gained experience as an Associate Director of Finance at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater from August 2009 to February 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Zolfo Cooper in 2008 and as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2006 to 2007.

Michael LoBiondo obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, which they pursued from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Non-Profit Finance from New York University, from 2008 to 2010. Their undergraduate studies took place at Bowdoin College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics and Music from 2002 to 2006.
