Pablo Narea is a seasoned professional in the music industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sync Licensing for Warner Latina & LATAM at Warner Music Group since November 2025. Previously, Pablo held the position of Manager of Sync Licensing at Sony Music Entertainment from January 2024 to November 2025 and worked as Music Manager for Love Island (U.S) at ITV America. Experience also includes roles at VICE Media as a Music/Rights & Clearances Coordinator, at Universal Music Group as a Film & TV Music Intern, and various internships at The Royalty Network, Inc., Broadcast Music, Inc., Dubset Media Holdings, Inc., and PopGun Presents. Pablo earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business from New York University, attended Christopher Columbus High School, and has built a strong foundation in music licensing, rights management, and marketing.
