Jim Romaine

Jim Romaine has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. Jim began their career in 2003 as a Senior Sales Rep at Unicare, where they negotiated and secured services and medical provider agreements representing $12 million annually. Jim was recognized as the Top Region producer for three consecutive years, and as the Top National producer in medical, dental, life and vision in 2007. Jim was also honored with the Leader's Club Award in 2006.

In 2009, they moved to CIGNA Group Insurance as a Senior Sales Rep, where they oversaw sales performance across all geographical areas, established and monitored critical metrics/dashboards to identify operational strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for sales growth, and developed and implemented an incentive program for brokers promoting Cigna offerings.

In 2011, Jim joined Century Healthcare as an Area Vice President, where they developed and implemented sales strategies with a focus on achieving growth while building and maintaining new broker relationships that promote client interests. Jim established more than 30 new broker, consultant and agent relationships via leads, cold calling, and broker relationship networks.

In 2012, they moved to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas as a Senior Sales Executive, where they provided exceptional support to brokers and won new business opportunities through the sales of fully insured and level funded medical, dental, vision, life and disability products. Jim established long-term relationships with more than 700 brokers across Texas, and earned Blue Elite status for five years in recognition of sales excellence.

Currently, Jim is a Senior Sales Executive at Warner Pacific Insurance Services, where they leverage their knowledge of fully insured, self-funded, and limited benefits product offerings and plan models to help brokers achieve their goals. Jim also identifies financial risks and rewards, balancing company interests with client concerns, and manages existing broker relationships and builds new connections.

Jim Romaine obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Services Administration from UT Southwestern Medical Center Dallas between 1998 and 2000. Jim also holds an Insurance License: Life, Accident, Health, HMO in Texas, Arizona, Illinois, and Oklahoma.
