Shannon Carboni

Shannon Carboni has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Shannon started their career as a Disability Income Consultant at Unum in 1993, where they promoted the sales of individual disability plans and completed an extensive sales training program. In 1994, they joined The Paul Revere Life Insurance Company as a Regional Sales Manager, where they sold disability products and managed private label channel distribution sales in their territory. Shannon was also recognized for the profitability of their private label sales. In 1997, Shannon joined LISI as a Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for consultative selling, evaluating client needs, and presenting insurance proposals. Shannon worked at LISI until 2019, when they joined Warner Pacific Insurance Services as a Sales Consultant, serving the San Francisco Bay Area.

Shannon Carboni holds a Bachelor's degree from Colorado College, where they majored in Biology and minored in Renaissance Studies. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in the field of benefits technology and insurance. These certifications include a Benefits Technology Certification from NAHU, which they obtained in January 2019, an Advanced Self-Funded Certification from NAHU obtained in April 2018, a Self-Funding Certification from NAHU obtained in January 2015, a PPACA Certification from NAHU obtained in May 2013, and an Accident and Health Insurance License from the California Department of Insurance obtained in May 1994.
