Susan Davis

Susan Davis began their work experience in 2003 at Anthem, Inc. where they held the role of Manager II, Client Services until December 2006. After that, they became the Director of Small Group Underwriting until September 2019. In October 2019, Susan joined Warner Pacific Insurance Services as the Senior Director of Operations, where they are currently employed.

Susan Davis completed the Anthem Leadership 360 program at Anthem from 2018 to 2019. During the same period, they also obtained certification as an Extraordinary Leader from Zenger Folkman. Susan further completed the Anthem Staff & Regional VP Development Program at Anthem in 2018. In addition to these educational experiences, Susan has obtained certifications in 360 Feedback from Anthem Coaching Programs, Life & Health Insurance from the California Department of Insurance, and Speed and Flexibility Accreditation from Changeable.
