Roger Holm

Roger Holm has extensive experience in the marine sector, holding various executive roles at Wärtsilä since September 1997, including President Marine & Executive Vice President and President Marine Power. Holm has been Profit and Loss responsible for multiple businesses within the company, overseeing net sales ranging from 1200 to 3300 MEUR. In addition to leadership in marine solutions and power, Holm has held senior positions focused on business development, innovation, and global services. A member of the global Services Management team and Corporate Management, Holm’s prior roles also include CIO and Program Director for Wärtsilä Global ERP. Holm serves on the Board of Directors for Hanken and previously for Teknologiateollisuus. Holm holds a Master of Science in Economics from the Hanken School of Economics, completed in 1997.
