Constanza Fernandez-Grenno

Constanza Fernandez-Grenno currently serves as the International Experts Talent Recruitment and Training Manager at Fundación Acodea, specializing in the selection and management of international experts for advisory missions across Latin America, Africa, and Asia since October 2016. Additional roles include a partnership with WAS (Women Action Sustainability) and collaboration with the Bank of Climate in the agri-food sector from late 2023. Previous experience includes project management at Eptisa, focusing on regional economic improvement and youth employment initiatives funded by the EU, as well as leadership positions in renewable energy project management at ISOFOTON. Constanza has a solid background in human resources, having held significant roles in training coordination and personnel management at Autopistas del Sol and Time-Life Argentina. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Relaciones del Trabajo and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Buenos Aires.
