Llŷr Anwyl has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2018 until present, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at WASE LIMITED, a company specializing in developing wastewater and organic waste treatment technologies. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Engineer at SYN2GEN LIMITED from March 2018 to June 2018. Before that, they were a Project Engineer at RCMA Stratford Ltd from September 2016 to September 2017, where they successfully built a rapeseed processing facility powered by a biomass plant. Llŷr 'searly work experience includes being an Agricultural worker at Pennant y Priddbwll, where they were part of a group of farmers exploring diversification through tree planting.
Llŷr Anwyl completed the Help To Grow Management Course (Leadership Training Course) at Brunel Business School in 2022. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and Sustainability, as well as Professional Development, at Brunel University London. In 2013-2014, Llŷr attended Coleg Menai in Bangor, Wales, where they studied Access to Science.
In addition to their formal education, Llŷr Anwyl obtained various certifications related to Engineering Project Management. In September 2019, they completed the Engineering Project Management Specialization and the Engineering Project Management: Risk, Quality, Teams, and Procurement courses through Coursera. In August 2019, they also obtained certifications in Engineering Project Management: Initiating and Planning, as well as Engineering Project Management: Scope, Time and Cost Management, also through Coursera.
