Dr. Judy S. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. In 2023, they were appointed as the Director of the American Junior Academy of Sciences by the National Association of Academies of Science (NAAS). Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Biotechnology Consultant II and Chief Biotechnologist at Kalman & Company, Inc., providing strategic input and support for biotechnology and biomanufacturing roadmaps. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Carroll Community College and served as a Professor of Biology Textbook Reviewer for Pearson.

Dr. Judy S. has an extensive education history. Dr. Judy earned their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University in 2021. Dr. Judy also obtained a Doctorate of Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Liberty University between 2017 and 2019. In addition, they hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from Walden University, which they completed from 2007 to 2013.

Dr. Judy S. has several other degrees and certifications as well. Dr. Judy earned a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Saint Joseph in 2007 and a Master's Level Graduate Certificate in Medical Forensics DNA/Serology from the University of Florida between 2004 and 2006. Dr. Judy received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Biological Sciences from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2003.

Furthermore, Dr. Judy S. completed a Graduate Certificate in Global Public Health from Liberty University in 2023. Dr. Judy also has certifications in various fields and subjects, including Infectious Disease Transmission Models from The Johns Hopkins University in 2022, Developing a Mentoring Program from LinkedIn Learning, and GFEBS General Fund Enterprise Business Systems from the US Army in 2020.
