Matthew Kaczmar

Matthew Kaczmar is a Support Specialist at Washington Alarm, Inc. since July 2021, providing customer technical support and IT services under the Director of Information Technology, focusing on monitoring and configuring receivers and assisting customers with software applications for security and home automation. Prior experience includes serving as a Wireless Installer at ADT, where Matthew installed life safety devices and security systems, and working for MaestroSoft as a Client Support Services professional, providing technical support for various software and managing databases. Additionally, Matthew has experience as a Network Support Technician at Wave Broadband, where responsibilities included monitoring networks and communicating with service providers, and as an Assistant Manager at CHS, handling customer service, cash management, and inventory oversight. Matthew holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Software Development from the Community Colleges of Spokane, earned between 2005 and 2009.
