Martha Ernest has a diverse range of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Runner at Capell & Howard, P.C., Attorneys At Law. In 2021, they served as a Camp Counselor at Camp Greystone. In 2022, they interned for Senator Tuberville at the United States Senate and also held the position of Director Of Community Outreach at the Washington and Lee Mock Convention. In 2023, Martha became an Intern at A.L. Assistenza Legale and assumed the role of President of the Student Body, specifically serving on the Executive Committee of the Student Body.

Martha Ernest attended Montgomery Academy from 2007 to 2020. During this time, they did not earn a degree nor did they have a specific field of study.
