Adam Gross has a diverse work experience in the admissions field. Adam began their career at Olivet College in 2009 as a Student Associate Coordinator in Admissions, a role they held until 2013. In 2014, they became the Admissions Database and CRM Manager at Olivet College, where they were responsible for implementing and managing CRM systems, identifying technological needs, and developing data integration between databases. In 2017, Adam joined Washington and Lee University as the Director of Admissions Operations. In this role, they served as the primary administrator of the university's Slate instance, managed technological needs in the Admissions and Financial Aid division, and developed access portals and training for key stakeholders.
Adam Gross completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology Project Management from Walsh College in the years 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Science from The University of Olivet, attending from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Adam has acquired several certifications, such as "Communicating in the Language of Leadership" and "Enrollment Analytics" from LinkedIn, "Creating Your Personal Brand" from LinkedIn, "Private Aircraft Pilot" from the Federal Aviation Administration, and "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn.
