Max Van Vleet

Max Van Vleet is a Northern Virginia native from Loudoun County. Prior to WCP, he worked as a project engineer for Clark Construction, managing subcontractor’s scopes of work and processing all change orders at the $500+ million renewal of the Cannon House Office Building.

His passion for the investing side of real estate led him to WCP back in early 2018, where he began working on a team with the Director of Sales. After being trained one-on-one, Max has moved into his current role, serving his clients by providing feedback and guidance, analyzing complex deals and loan structuring, and of course, originating their loans quickly and efficiently.

Since his start he has successfully overseen the origination of over 250 loans, deploying over $65 Million in capital to investors. During this time he developed a reputation for his dedication to assisting his clients, which stems from an innate desire to help people grow and achieve their goals in life.
