Frank O'Brien

Frank O'Brien currently serves as the Senior Director of Marketing and Fan Development for the Washington Capitals since August 2021. Prior to this role, Frank O'Brien spent over six years with the New York Yankees, progressing from Coordinator to Assistant Director in Strategy and Brand Activation. Frank O'Brien's experience also includes positions at Octagon as a Senior Account Executive and various roles related to event coordination and consumer relationship management. Educationally, Frank O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Hofstra University and a Master's degree in Management of Sports Industries from the University of New Haven.
