Scott Toscano has over a decade of diverse experience in program administration, youth development, and performance measurement. Currently serving as the Adult Education Program Administrator at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges since November 2013, Scott previously completed internships in Monitoring & Evaluation and Agency Performance Measurement at Save the Children. Other roles include serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors at Pathfinder, Inc., and Development Assistant at Academy Prep. Scott's experience also includes working as a Youth Development Coordinator with the Peace Corps and managing a Barnes & Noble College Booksellers store. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Development Management from the School for International Training, supplemented by studies at the University of Central Florida and an Associate degree in Honors Interdisciplinary Studies from St. Petersburg College.
