DeShaundra Jones, MBA, PMP has a strong background in customer experience and project management. DeShaundra began their career in 2009 as a Performance Consultant and Certified Change Practitioner at Pepco Holdings, where they led various projects and initiatives to increase employee engagement and drive revenue. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Customer Care Project Manager, where they transformed customer experiences and improved employee performance. In 2017, they joined Chesapeake Utilities Corporation as the Director of Customer Experience, overseeing a team of 20 and driving improvements in processes and procedures. In 2019, they joined WGL as the Director of Customer Experience, before moving on to their current role as the Sr. Director of Customer Experience & Stakeholder Engagement at Washington Gas. DeShaundra is known for their ability to break down silos, drive operational excellence, and enhance the overall customer experience.

DeShaundra Jones holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management & Organization Development and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, both from the University of Maryland Global Campus. DeShaundra also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
