Kaelan Sullivan Fleury

Kaelan Sullivan Fleury is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and gender equality within international development. Currently serving as Operations Director for the Talent, Learning, and Development Division at Chemonics International, Kaelan oversees the implementation of best practices and capacity-building measures to support an adaptive workforce. Previous roles at Chemonics include Senior Practice Specialist and Acting Global Practice Lead for the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Practice, focusing on integrating gender equality and social inclusion in development projects.
