Caelether Matthews

Caelether Matthews is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee relations and recruitment. Currently serving as Employee Relations Specialist II at AMI Expeditionary Healthcare since January 2021, Caelether previously held the role of HR Generalist at Gracie Banks, LLC, where responsibilities included planning and managing recruitment processes. With ownership experience at Travel Fantasies from 2014 to 2021 and a role as OHCM Recruiting Consultant at Graduate School USA, Caelether has extensive expertise in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in higher education. Additional experience includes positions at Educational Testing Service as Assistant Administrator for SAT Testing and as HR Managing Consultant for DC Promise Neighborhood Initiative, among others. Caelether holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Old Dominion University and has pursued various professional development opportunities.
