David So has extensive work experience in finance and management. David currently holds the position of Director of Financial Reporting at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). Prior to this, they served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Berkeley Research Group LLC from 2020 to 2022. David also worked as a Finance Manager at FTI Consulting from 2019 to 2020 and at Nestlé from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Samsung Electronics America, including Project Manager and Business Management Supervisor. David started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at LabCorp and as a Financial Analyst at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P).

David So completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at The George Washington University School of Business from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Maryland between 2002 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in January 2015.
