Allison Lim

Allison Lim is a highly experienced professional in chemical engineering, with a diverse background in quality and process engineering. Presently serving as the Quality & Engineering Manager at Washington Penn since June 2015, Allison has advanced through various roles including Process Engineering Manager and Process Engineer. Prior experience includes a Quality Control Internship at Sanofi Pasteur, where Allison developed a database for critical reagents and programmed macros for analytical equipment, as well as a Technical Operations Co-op at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, contributing to the maintenance of manufacturing processes under regulatory compliance. Earlier experience at Ohio EPA involved the review of air cases and the preparation of enforcement orders. Allison holds both a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
