Cassandra Gibson

Cassandra Gibson serves as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Washington Performing Arts since January 2023. Previously, Cassandra was a Private Lesson Teacher at Freeway Music from July 2019 to June 2023, where emphasis was placed on fostering healthy practice habits among violists and violinists. Cassandra has contributed to various organizations, including a role as Section Violist with Northern Neck Orchestra and participation in the Colour Of Music Festival Orchestra's inaugural performance in 2021. At South Carolina Philharmonic, Cassandra held multiple positions, including Youth Orchestra Manager and Marketing Associate, where responsibilities encompassed operations and community outreach. Additionally, roles at the University of South Carolina School of Music involved marketing collaboration and event execution. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Music in Performance from the University of South Carolina and a Course Certificate in Product Photography from The Creative Circus.
