Sadia Mojaddedi

Sadia Mojaddedi is a patient care coordinator at Washington Township Medical Foundation since January 2021, responsible for scheduling Covid-19 vaccinations, urgent care, and primary care appointments, as well as entering patient information into the hospital system.
