Pete Banaugh has extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement across various financial institutions and industries. Currently serving as VP/Director of the Continuous Improvement Office and Project Management Office at Washington Trust Bank since March 2015, Pete leads a small Enterprise PMO office and oversees project governance processes for a large portfolio of projects. Prior roles include leadership positions at Umpqua Bank, where Pete managed facilities and real estate for over 250 properties, and Sterling Bank, where Pete implemented a Lean & Six Sigma culture. Additional experience includes supply chain management at Honeywell Analytics and production management at The Boeing Company. Pete holds a degree in Administration, Finance, and Economics from the University of Montana.
