James Mignone

James Mignone has extensive experience in information security and technology management across various financial institutions. At The Washington Trust Company, James served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, overseeing technology and bank operations, as well as the roles of CISO, where responsibilities included information security, IT risk, and business continuity. Prior to that, James was Director of Information Security at Eze Software Group, managing all aspects of the information security program. Experience at State Street included positions as Vice President of Corporate Information Security and Managing Director, focusing on data loss prevention and IT risk development. James also served as CISO at Citizens Financial Group, Inc., and as IT Audit Manager at Providence Energy Group. James holds an MS in Accounting and a BS in Zoology from the University of Rhode Island.
