Jessie Minton is the Vice Chancellor for Technology and Chief Information Officer at Washington University in St. Louis. Jessie was previously the Vice Provost and Chief Information Officer at the University of Oregon from March 2017 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Operations & Technical Support Services at OHSU | Oregon Health & Science University from April 2011 to April 2017. Jessie began their career in customer service and operations management at ExpressBill LLC from August 2003 to November 2007 before moving on to Yahoo! Small Business as a Senior Operations Manager from November 2007 to April 2011.
