Pamella Henson is the current Executive Vice Chancellor for University Advancement at Washington University in St. Louis. Pamella has held various positions at the university since 1996, including Director of Capital Projects - Major Gifts and Capital Projects, Regional Director of Development and Associate Director of Major Gifts, and Executive Director of Development for the Siteman Cancer Center. Henson began their career in fundraising at the University of Redlands, where they served as Assistant Director and then Director of Annual Giving before moving to the United Way of the Desert as Associate Director of Development.
