Mai Moussa has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Customer Operations Specialist at Pharmacy Marts since June 2022. In addition, Mai has held a long-term position as a Call Center Representative at BETA Egypt since March 2015, and also works as a Customer Service Representative at Wasla Outsourcing since February 2013. Previous roles include Customer Support Specialist at Lasirena Group for a brief period in 2022 and Customer Service Representative at CardoO™ from December 2019 to November 2020. Mai Moussa holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Ain Shams University, completed in December 2006.
