Galaty W. Grace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Galaty .W. began their career at TechnoServe as an HR Assistant in 2007 and later moved on to become a Program Administrator. In 2015, they joined Kenya Markets Trust as a Portfolio Assistant and then transitioned to the role of Retail and Consumer Services Officer-Livestock. In 2018, they joined One Acre Fund as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. Currently, they are working at Wasoko, where they have held various positions, including East Africa Talent Acquisition Manager, Head of Talent Acquisition (Africa & Asia), and Head of People Shared Services (Africa & Asia).

Galaty W. Grace obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Makerere University in 2007-2010.
