Guido Den Dikken

Guido Den Dikken is an experienced football coach and entrepreneur, currently serving as an individual development coach at AZ Alkmaar since May 2022. As the owner and founder of Born to Play since August 2014, Guido Den Dikken has established a highly regarded football organization focused on developing youth players through an academy, football school, private training, and various events. Previous coaching roles include head coach positions for various age groups at clubs such as FC Volendam, FC Twente, and NAC Breda, along with earlier experience at AFC Ajax and AFC Amsterdam, where responsibilities ranged from technical coordination to research in youth performance enhancement. Guido Den Dikken holds a UEFA A Licence in Youth from the KNVB and a Bachelor of Sports in Football, reflecting a solid educational background in sports management and coaching.
