Ingrid Cronin-Knight has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ingrid is currently working as the Chief Growth & Sustainability Officer at Waste Management NZ Ltd. Prior to that, they held various roles at MYOB, including Country Manager / Head of ANZ Sales, Country Manager / Head of Clients & Partners NZ, Head of Clients & Partners NZ, and Head of SME New Zealand. Ingrid also served as a Director at New Zealand Cricket and had a role as a Board Observer at Watercare Services Limited. In addition, Ingrid worked at Chorus NZ Limited as the Head of Change and Business Technology, at Spark Digital NZ as a Business Manager, Head of Business Delivery, Strategy Manager, and Business Manager VoIP & Contact Centres. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Gen-i as a Service Line Manager and Marketing Manager, and at ICONZ as an E-Business Consultant.
Ingrid Cronin-Knight completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design with a focus on Industrial Design at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1995 to 1996, although they didn't finish the degree. From 2002 to 2003, Ingrid pursued a Diploma in Natural Therapies (Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology) at Balance Kinesiology. In 2005, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from Swinburne University of Technology. Lastly, between 2010 and 2015, Ingrid attended Henley Business School and acquired their MBA degree.
