Trenton Sullivan

Trenton Sullivan, MBA, currently serves as the Capacity and Workforce Manager at WM since August 2025, following a tenure as Senior WFM Manager at Flagstar Bank from May 2023 to July 2025, where Trenton led enterprise-wide forecasting and scheduling strategies for customer service operations. Previously, Trenton held various roles at Mutual of Omaha, including Supervisor of Distribution Channel Management, demonstrating expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, and data analysis, resulting in significant improvements in forecast accuracy and budget processes. Additional experience includes positions at Comcast Cable, Alorica, Braun Research Incorporated, and U.S. Cellular, showcasing a strong background in workforce management and operational efficiency.
