Alicia Spivey, CRCST, CHL, currently serves as a Sterile Processing Tech at Watauga Orthopaedics, PLC, contributing to the establishment of the facility's first surgery center since June 2023. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a Collections Specialist at Citi and held various positions in sterile processing at Ballad Health, including Lead Tech and Coordinator. Additional experience includes working as a Sterilization Technician at Centura Health and serving as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic in the US Army for seven years. Alicia is currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Nursing Studies at North East State Community College, expected to graduate in May 2025.
