Andrew Reay

Andrew Reay has extensive work experience in the field of audit, risk, and compliance. Andrew is currently the Director of Audit & Risk at Watches of Switzerland Group PLC since August 2023. Prior to that, Andrew held various roles at Tesco Plc, including Head of Business Integrity from November 2018 to September 2021 and Head of Audit - UK Functions from September 2015 to November 2018. Andrew also worked as an Internal Audit Manager at DSG International from November 2009 to September 2015. In addition, Andrew has experience as a Senior Auditor at Marks and Spencer from 2006 to 2009, as well as an Internal Auditor at DSG International from September 2004 to September 2006. Andrew started their career as a Finance Analyst at Next Group PLC in March 2003 and later worked as an Internal Auditor at the same company from October 1999 to March 2002.

Andrew Reay attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1992 to 1996, where they earned an LLB Jt Hons degree in Law & Politics.
