Rachel Dowle has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachel is currently the Global Head of Customer Experience at Watchfinder, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from 2017 to 2021 as the Head of Customer Care Operations. Before that, Rachel was with Priority Freight from 2015 to 2017, where they held roles such as Customer Experience Manager and Assistant Operations Manager. Rachel also has previous experience at Tesco PLC, where they held multiple positions, including New Space Programme Manager, London Format Property Manager - Express, Regional F+F Manager, Extra Format Property Manager, Customer Service Manager, Group Clothing Manager, and Clothing Manager. Rachel's roles at Tesco involved various responsibilities such as managing property pipeline and development programs, improving sales performance, implementing visual merchandising plans, and coaching and developing store teams.
Rachel Dowle attended Dover Grammar School for Girls from 1995 to 2002. After completing their secondary education, they went on to study at the University for the Creative Arts from 2003 to 2006 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Promotion.
