Joshua Smith

Joshua Smith is an experienced professional in systems integration and production with a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Currently serving as a Systems Integration Technician and Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Watchfire Signs since August 2013, Joshua focuses on data analysis to enhance production capacity and product quality. Previous roles include Production Facilitator, where supervision of second shift production was vital, and Electronic Technician, responsible for overseeing the SMT line and ensuring compliance with IPC-610 standards. Joshua also served as a Crew Chief in the Indiana Air National Guard, where aircraft inspection and maintenance skills were developed. Additionally, Joshua gained hands-on experience as a General Laborer at Simply Decks and Stuff. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Aviation Flight Technology from Indiana State University, earned between 2008 and 2014.
