Mike Gragert

Mike Gragert has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mike began their career in the United States Army, serving as Sr. Communications and Electronics Technician for the Army National Guard and previously as Active Duty in the US Army. Mike then transitioned to the private sector, working as a Field Service Engineer for Ventana Medical Systems. Mike later joined Watchfire Signs, where they held the positions of Information System Manager and Director of Information Technology. Additionally, they were a Steering Committee Founding Member for IMIN LEAN Network, focusing on continuous improvement and collaboration. Mike also served on the Board of Education for Georgetown Ridgefarm CUSD#4, with the roles of President, Vice President, and Secretary. Overall, Mike Gragert has a diverse background and a strong foundation in technology and leadership.

Mike Gragert completed their Executive Education in MBA Essentials from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2020 to 2021.
