Annette O'Neil

Annette O'Neil serves as the Director of Legal Affairs at WatchGuard Technologies since August 2014, overseeing global legal operations including IP Portfolio Management, litigation, and data privacy. O'Neil holds responsibility as a corporate officer for various foreign subsidiaries across multiple countries. Prior to this role, O'Neil worked at Zones from 2004 to August 2014, where positions included Director of Contract Management, Sr. Manager of Proposal Development and Contracts, and Sr. Contract Manager, focusing on complex IT agreements and risk management. O'Neil's early experience includes a position as Contract Manager at Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company from 2001 to 2003. O'Neil completed a Bachelor of Arts in History, Germanics, and Comparative Literature, along with certificates in Contract Management and Intellectual Property Management from the University of Washington.
